WIPs

Janis – Brickless By Martina Behme

  • Yarn:  Ann’s handspun from the fiber I dyed
  • Needles: Knitter’s Pride interchangeable
  • Size: US 5

I got lots off ooh’s and ahh’s over this while knitting in the wild.

Ann – Vanilla Lollipop sock!!

  • Yarn: Lollipop yarn
  • Color:  Flash Mob  (black with rainbow stripes)-this is the yarn I traded with Sarah and I LOVE IT!!!
  • Needles:  Karbonz DPNs
  • Size: US 1

I am doing these toe up and have finished the foot and did the OMG heel on the first sock.  I used some random black sock yarn for the heel so I wouldn’t change the stripes on the front.  Happy with that.  LOVE this yarn!!

I’m was almost done with sock 1 and just wasn’t happy with it. So I frogged them! Bu Bye!

I am very close to the end.  I have about a half inch before I do the short rows and then the hem-line and done.

Janis – Pashmina Shawlette

A really easy pattern to memorize, Perfect for airplane and car knitting. I didn’t work on this a whole lot, but my bakergirljen bag is a travel expert now.

Ann- A new sock design, Full of cables and twisted stitches using Copper Cogri sock yarn. Look for this to be a special kit at SAFF this fall 🙂  Almost done knitting sock 2 and the charts are charted!!

ANN – WEEKEND WRAP BY Julie Weisenberger

Yay for using hand spun!!!  I like how it turned out!!  I am a little upset that I had to pay $6.00 for a pattern that is a rectangle with 2 holes…

JANIS – ZUZU’S PETALS BY CARINA SPENCER

I modified the pattern to have one extra repeat (12 stiches) on each side of the center spine. I then added an extra petal to the chart before moving on to the eyelets and bind off.
